An item needs human attention before it can proceed, such as missing information, an unsupported format or an accounting rule that needs confirmation. The original source remains available for review.

Selected English text invoices and agreed source layouts, with human review. Scan PDFs and PNG images can be preserved, with processing or review requirements confirmed during onboarding. Receipts and statements require further review and do not receive automatic settlement or bank matching. JPEG and general Arabic or mixed-language document processing are not included.

Subscribe for USD 199 every 30 days, renewing automatically until cancelled. During onboarding, we confirm your UAE legal entity, approved senders and authority to process the documents. Payment starts billing; service access follows these checks.

Yes. USD 199 is charged automatically every 30 days until cancelled. The cycle is 30 days rather than a calendar month. You can cancel future renewals through the subscription service or contact support.

BARQ360 does not claim official eInvoicing-provider accreditation or other regulatory certification. Tax filing, regulated financial services and legal advice are outside the subscription.

The current subscription covers one UAE legal entity. Contact us to discuss other countries; availability and local requirements must be confirmed before an agreement.
