Subscription terms

USD 199 is charged today and automatically every 30 days until cancelled. The cycle is 30 days rather than a calendar month. The first successful payment starts billing. No additional checkout charges apply. The subscription covers one UAE company and legal entity, with up to 16 business documents within 48 retained original emails, attachments and versions. Supported sources, document limits, field review and relevant accounting evidence and rules are confirmed before a supported draft can be prepared; otherwise the item is marked for attention. Use one attachment per email, up to 80 KiB, with the complete email limited to 128 KiB. Up to three new items may be admitted per Dubai day within the aggregate allowance. The subscription excludes automatic posting, payment execution, general VAT, foreign-exchange, tax or legal services, statutory filing and regulatory accreditation. You must have authority to provide and process the documents and approve the sender addresses. Support is available on business days, 09:00–17:00 Dubai, with a one-business-day acknowledgement target. Onboarding has a 1–2-business-day target after complete information is received. These are targets rather than guaranteed service levels or 24/7 support. Manage or cancel future renewals through the subscription service or contact office@barq360.co.
