Cancellation and refunds

The USD 199 subscription renews automatically every 30 days until cancelled. You may cancel before service activation for a full refund. After activation, you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; an automatic prorated refund is not promised. If BARQ360 cannot provision or start the agreed service, a full refund is due. Duplicate or erroneous charges must be corrected or refunded. Other post-activation refund requests are reviewed individually by support and the authorized operator. Manage cancellation through the subscription service or contact office@barq360.co for assistance. Refund requests require review; they are not executed by this website.
