Scans and images
Scan PDFs and PNG images can be preserved. Processing and review requirements are confirmed for each supported layout.

Use one attachment per email, up to 80 KiB. The complete email, including the encoded attachment, must remain within 128 KiB. Up to three new items may be admitted per Dubai day, within your subscription allowance.
Document processing is limited to agreed layouts of up to six selected pages. JPEG files and general Arabic, mixed-language or unreadable document layouts are not included. The website is available in English and Arabic; document-language support is narrower.
Unsuccessful intake attempts may use the daily safety allowance without counting as successfully processed business documents. Assisted intake uses the same overall subscription limits.
